Aggregation Members Description

The CEI·MAR project is a consortium of Spanish and other universities as well as research institutes, technology parks and centers, businesses and other organizations involved in training, research and innovation related to the sea.
The main actors in CEI·MAR are 5   Spanish universities: the Universidad de Cádiz (UCA) – in the role of coordinator and as the university which devotes the most effort to and has the largest number of research areas related to the sea -, the Universidad de Almería (UAL), the   Universidad de Granada (UGR), the Universidad de Huelva (UHU) and the Universidad de Málaga (UMA).  The Universidade do Algarve of Portugal (UAlg) and the Abdelmalek Essaadi University of Morocco will also participate in the governance of the campus, along with a large number of public research centers, both national and regional in nature. All these institutions have wide experience in research and training in the marine area.
